We are a family run business situated in Hemel Hempsted, Hertfordshire. We founded the Company with the inspiration coming from our Countryside surroundings and a wish to care naturally for our own two Little People.
Genuine Business for Sale.
My wife started this business 5 months ago, but recently she has gone back to full time work and this has made it impossible to dedicate time getting the business established.
We have sold more items through local advertising ,very little has been ordered via website. We were looking into getting a company to do the full Search engine optomization, but again due to time , we have not followed this up. This would rank you higher with all the search engines.
We have started to build links with other websites and this is something ongoing.

Hits to the site vary , in December we had over 900 , compared to over 400 in November. So hopefully , the links we have started are starting to pay off.
Again this is something that will need to be continued by new owner.
Hosting fees are approx £150 per year and these are due in March 2008.
This business will need to be treated as a new business and needs work and time to develop into what we think could be a very profitable business.
Organic and fairtrade products are part of everyones life now and is a sector that is getting stronger and more popular.
Profit margins vary, but an average would be 35-40%. You have total control of what you sell,we would give the winning bidder all contact details of the suppliers we currently use, plus you can source any new ones.
It would be your business 100% and would be up to you what you want to sell. We also have other small items to go with business, vinyl stickers for a vehicle , animated GIF, a few laminated posters (A4).Please feel free to ask any questions.
We would require payment to be cash and we would accept this when items are picked up. Items would need to be collected by Feb 2nd if possible and delivery is not available as far to many items to post.

Minor changes would need to be made to website by new owner also owner would need hosting company ( very pleasant and reasonably priced ) to change paypal accounts over. This would need to be done by new owners and would be their responsibility and at their cost.
If someone already runs a similar business, the stock alone would cost more than starting price.This would be a good start for anyone looking at running their own business.
In the time we have run this , it has been interesting and great fun , but also very challenging. Hopefully this will go to new owners who can give this company the time it deserves and also enjoy doing it, as we have.
