I just thoguht I would mention a few things..and I will come back to update as well!
Make sure to get financial info regarding advertising revenue etc...this is MOST important..especially if the website is strictly an "informationl" site with no tangible product for sale and its revenue model IS based on advertising! If a seller wont give you that info..or doesn't have it..THEN DO NOT CONSIDER BUYINGTHAT SITE!
